  I’ve been coming to Matraville Medical Complex for decades.
  The receptionists are exceptional.
  In particular one beautiful lady who went out of her way in 2013 and faxed medical records to a Greek hospital and saved my mothers life.
  Yesterday was another amazing experience after having a very difficult morning the girls were kind enough for me to see my cardiologist after an instant cancellation.
  My mother and I have been seeing Dr Limanto since South Point and we have been cared for in the utmost professional way. Also thanks to Tamara and Arthur.

  Unfortunately in the last 3 days hasn’t been going well.I’ve been a patient with this medical centre when they where in south point they have been the best caring centre and the best doctors any patient can as for. My family and I moved out off Sydney for 11yrs we've been back in Sydney since the first wave hit I was very happy to see old faces even if they don’t remember your face,I remember there nurse Tamara she’s always happy with a great smile Thank you.
  Today was very upsetting and I was very hurt by the remarks I got from the staff let alone getting the run around just to get a doctors certificate for my mental health
  I’m still in disbelief and very hurt by the way I was treated they mad me feel unwanted and I felt like they didn’t care how much I was in Distressed telling them that I’m tired I’ve been coming in for the last 3 days I’m emotionally depressed but all they said I should leave otherwise they will call the police
  Tamara there nurse thank you for your kindness and kind words that is all I can hear in my head so it’s kept me calm and not thinking about self harm
  my appointment was at 8.45 am
  The time now is 12.50pm and I haven’t gone home as I’m 45 minutes drive I’m sitting in my car still crying thinking can’t I have an outburst I suffer with depression and anxiety this is why I can’t drive home

  I gave this mob another try because they said it was under new management and thank God I did. I booked in at 2.30 and I was seen within 10 minutes by Dr Jenny He. She listened to me deeply. I will always be going back. Very thankful Matraville Medical Complex reception so friendly and efficient. You made my day.

  All the staff that work at the reception are so beautiful, nice, kind and lovely, they’re always so helpful that’s what I love about them. The doctors are amazing too, matraville medical complex has always been my family doctors for years, they are truly the best.

  The doctors service is very good however their administration and their interface to government body could be better in terms of communication.
